Loving Our Neighbours

In response to the love God has shown us, we in turn, want to show love to our neighbours, wherever and whoever they may be. Here are the ways we share that love:

Community Outreach

Trinity’s Outreach Team works on our behalf with community agencies to support people in need. We currently provide resources and help to The Salvation Army and Table food banks. Throughout the school year, we provide much-needed bagged lunches to students at the local high school.

Funds are collected during Coffee Hour for the ‘Benevolent Fund’ which goes to individuals in need of emergency help.

Mission and Service Fund (M & S)

Trinity regularly contributes to the United Church’s Mission and Service Fund. The mandate of M&S is to support people and places in need, across the country and around the world.  This is one way Trinity can do its part in our local communities and beyond.

In Many More Ways

There are people within our church community who, as part of their own journey, support the great work of other compassionate and social justice organizations. We want to be cheerleaders for these people and the work of those organizations. Some of these organizations are:
