Happy Summer everyone!
With summer here, many people adopt a different rhythm for their daily lives and slow down to rest and rejuvenate the body and the soul. With that in mind, our In Spirit team is inviting you to nourish your soul with some spiritual reflection. I am including three e-courses. Choose one that speaks to where you are right now or weave all three together for a summer full of spiritual practices. You do YOU! They include practicing spirituality with children, with money (yes money!) and with nature.
Just a reminder our Inspirit team is meeting next Tuesday July 15th to do some planning for later this summer and fall. We will meet in the Arnold room at 2 pm.
Save the date for a special summer Light beamer Sunday morning July 20th– calling on all families with children and grandchildren to be part of this faith and fun filled celebration! In our Care Corner:
Update on Marni McTavish– She’s back home! Amen! She is recovering from her open heart surgery only a few short weeks ago. Her mom, Linda Martin, is so grateful for all the support and kindness from her Trinity family. Now that Marni is back home with family , the next stage of recovery can begin. Marni we are all sending you positive thoughts and healing prayers- until gentler days appear- know that you are held.
Phyllis Avard had a fall this week. Thankfully, no broken bones and she is hoping to be back in the saddle as soon as the bruises heal. Please keep her in your hearts and prayers. We are all pulling for you Phyllis! Get back to church soon!
